In a country known for its vibrant startup scene, standing out is no easy feat. That’s why we are both humbled and thrilled to share that Stravito was named a top Swedish startup on 33-listan for the 2nd year in a row.
About 33-listan
Since 2008, the annual 33-listan, eg. the 33 list, has been compiled by Sweden’s largest technology publication Ny Teknik. Former winners include iconic companies such as Spotify (2009, 2010, 2011), Tobii (2008), and iZettle (2012, 2013, 2014). This year, they reviewed a record 300 nominated companies and selected just 33 that they believed to be the most innovative and promising, quite the challenge.
To be eligible for 33-listan, all companies must meet the following requirements:
- be based on their own technical innovation
- be less than 7 years old
- be unlisted
- have a business idea that has international potential
Additionally, the 2020 criteria increased the focus on sustainability; all winning companies were required to have innovations and/or processes that align with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
